Bottle of Champagne Eric LEGRAND - Cuvée Prestige - Brut
The grapes used come from vines growing on soil and subsoil composed of varying proportions of limestone. The grape variety used in the composition of this cuvée is white Chardonnay (100%: king grape variety). The grapes for this champagne are vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The estate uses malolactic fermentation to give the wine an extra roundness. The estate carries out racking. This cuvée is then fined and filtered.
